We are looking for a reliable, hard working and motivated individual to join our team as a Horizontal Directional Driller! This position would require you to be a problem solver, self sufficient with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Monitor drilling progress and adjust equipment as necessary
  • Understanding fibre optics installation
  • Maintain drilling equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective drilling operations
  • Maintaining a variety of documentation including but not limited to accident or incident reports, driver logbook, inspection report, maintenance/ repair reports and trip reports
Qualifications
  • Can Operate a Horizontal Directional Drill
  • Can Operate a HDD Locating box
  • Construction background/Experience
  • Experienced with underground utilities work
  • Detail Orientated
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Communication
  • Organizational Skills
